I periodically organize an event called "All You Can Meat", and Espetus is one of the primary venues. Guys dressed like gauchos come to your table and shave off chunks of meat from skewers until you turn the green/red card to red.

Meats include sausage, rosemary chicken, pork loin, top sirloin, and of course the Brazilian specialty of chicken hearts. Meats covered with cheese are the most popular. Oh, and for the faint of heart, there's an all-you-can-eat salad bar, too.

Price:	All-you-can-eat lunch is $19. All-you-can-eat dinner is $35.
Dress:	Casual. The faded 501s and shorts are OK.
Noise:	At lunch, noise is not a problem at all. At dinner, the place is always packed and lively so you'll have to raise your voice.

Payment:	Cash and credit cards.
Parking:	Parking in this area can be difficult. Allow an extra 5-10 minutes to find it. Cruise Market, which generally has higher turnover.
Date place?	If your date is a meat lover, go for it. Otherwise, go with a group so you can egg each other on to consume more and more meat.
