I brought a group of 10 friends here and we unanimously loved it. From the fresh mozzarella and bruschetta to the gnocchi with chanterelles and truffle oil, we ate without ceasing. Everyone serves tiramisu, but Il Cantuccio’s is some of the best we’ve had. The staff was truly Italian, offered good recommendations, and patiently tolerated our tardy group. Plus, they gave us little glasses of gummy bears with the check.

Dress:	Chic casual and up. Sevens and Diesels are OK, faded 501s and shorts aren’t.
Noise:	You’ll have to raise your voice a bit, but the tables aren’t that close together, so you will still have some privacy.

Parking:	Parking in the Mission is a nightmare at almost any time of the day. However, there are a few paid lots nearby. Alternatively, take BART or a Mission or Valencia bus.
Date place?	Yes. There is a nice two-person table at the window.
