Milagros (Mexican)
Peninsula: Redwood City

Milagros is a festive place that hosts many a celebration. I had my business school graduation dinner here and have also come for birthday parties. The bar scene is lively and the margaritas are huge. My favorite dish is the chicken mole enchiladas and the restaurant also does a nice job with seafood. On warm days, sit outside on the patio.

Cuisine: Mexican
Price: Entrees are $15-20.
Dress: Casual. The faded 501s and shorts are OK.
Noise: If you're anywhere inside the restaurant, you will need to shout. It is loud in there. For a quieter experience, sit outside on the patio on nice days.
Reservations: Recommended. (OpenTable)
Payment: Cash and credit cards.
Parking: Street parking is fairly easy and there are several metered lots nearby.
Date place? It could be, but the noise level makes it a better large group place.
