If you live in the city long enough, you will realize that there are die hard fans of a few tacquerias, and La Tacqueria and Pancho Villa are always in that set. Ben likes the tofu taco here (how’s that for California cuisine?), but I say blech. I’ll get anything else in the restaurant. There might be a mariachi band playing that will go table to table and ask for tips. It’s bad form if you don’t tip.
Even if the band is not there, it’s a pretty lively atmosphere but because the space is large, noise is not a big problem.
