Ratings for this place have fallen in recent years, but I think the food’s great. This was one of the first places in the city that served Spanish tapas. Portions are large for the prices and it’s another place that doesn’t charge entrée prices for appetizer portions. There are also a few regular-sized entrees, such as paella, but most people come for the tapas.
Parking should not be a problem at night but allocate an extra 5-10 minutes just in case. During the day, it’s much more difficult but there are paid lots around. Avoid public transit at night, since it’s a little off the bus lines and there aren’t that many others on the street.
Date place?
Sure, but it can get a little noisy and you can try more things if you come with a group rather than just one other person.
